Softrail

Over the last fifteen years Softrail has been involved in developing six different portable AEI tag readers.  They all run under the Windows Mobile operating system.

 

Microsoft no longer supports Windows Mobile.  Because of this all of our portable AEI readers are no longer in production and our inventory has been exhausted.

 

We currently do not have plans to develop replacement units.

We can still assemble a limited number of AI3100 portable readers

 

The AI3100 portable reader has an RF reader range of 8 to 10 feet.  It is able to read the AEI tags and also upload the AEI tag and to other computer systems.  It can be used to capture track inventory.
